Is it a good idea to go on an extreme diet?

These days, more and more people are thinking of going on an extreme diet to lose weight quickly. Some people believe it is a good idea but others think it is unhealthy<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A1]<!--[endif]--> .

     Without a doubt, there are some advantages to go on an extreme diet. Firstly if you see results quickly<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A2]<!--[endif]-->  you keep motivated to continue with the diet<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A3]<!--[endif]--> . Secondly, the diet promotes discipline <!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A4]<!--[endif]--> that gives the conditions to stay focused and you can resist temptations.<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A5]<!--[endif]--> <!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A6]<!--[endif]-->

     However, there are number of disadvantage to go on an extreme diet. To begin with, it is hard to follow<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A7]<!--[endif]-->  and you give up quickly<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A8]<!--[endif]--> . In addition there are extreme restrictions <!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A9]<!--[endif]--> you don’t get the nutrients that you need to stay healthy<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A10]<!--[endif]--> .<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A11]<!--[endif]-->

     All in all, there are both advantage and disadvantage to people who go on an extreme diet. In my opinion people should visit a nutritionist and do some exercise to stay healthy.<!--[if !supportAnnotations]-->[A12]<!--[endif]-->

Culture Corner Huasteca

Waterfalls of the Huasteca

If you want enjoy the nature and you want have a beautiful day with your family, the Huasteca is the place you need to visit, this is a region of central Mexico, a geographic area that creeps into parts of four states (Veracruz, Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosí, and Hidalgo).

Even when the rest of the country is dry it rains here, which explains why the Huasteca has waterfalls.

In the North part of Mexico the wildlife is impressive the stunning scenery along to the way with these animals, like as spider monkeys, opossum, anteaters, squirrels, porcupine, raccoons, coyotes, foxes and among others.

A trip through for this scenery can be dangerous if you get lost, for that you need a tourist guide or keep you in the path but if for some reason you stay back, don´t you enter in panic, enjoy the view and wait for some people crosses on that spot, because the poison animals are  around you.

But if you are a person that you like enjoying to the wild animals and the adventure, you come on to this area.

This place has a strong tourism infrastructure to rest and hence take the adventure to different points of the practice area, the most exciting sports and enjoying incredible natural landscapes. If you like camping tehere is a place for to do it.

Last Holidays ^^

 I  stared my holiday in May... because I didn´t take Summer course so I had 3 months of vacations.

I really didn´t do much activities. All May I woked in a Rehab Clinic as assistand and social worked in a little town near a northern highlands of Puebla.

In June me and my fiance decided live here in Puebla City. He got a job quickly and me.... stayed in home like housewife, some days I went my Faculty to saw some things about reinscription and places of practice and talk with my friends.

Other days I helped my sister-in-law planning details of her wedding. She got marry last August after 10 years living with his boyfriend.

One of the names of this bug is the Kissing Bug, because they will bite their victims at night around the nose and mouth area, many people who have felt the bite in the dark have mistook it for a mosquito bite.
